DECLARING SATURDAY, 01 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, Saturday, 01 July 2017, marks the Charter Day of the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Saturday, 01 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Negros Occidental.
