BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 245

DECLARING TUESDAY, 04 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

” WHEREAS, the City of Cadiz, Negros Occidental, marks the celebration of its 50" Charter Day on Tuesday, 04 July 2017; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 04 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
