DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 SEPTEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MALOLOS

WHEREAS, Thursday, 15 September 2011, marks the commemoration of the “Araw ng Kongreso ng Malolos”:
WHEREAS, in order to give the people cf the City of Malolos the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 15 September 2011, as a special non-working day.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, 15 September 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Malolos.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
