BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 247

DECLARING MONDAY, 19 SEPTEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Monday, 19 September 2011, marks the commemoration of the 59" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 19 September 2011, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary; by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 19 September 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
