BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 247

DECLARING SATURDAY, 15 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION

WHEREAS, Saturday, 15 July 2017, marks the 30" Foundation Day of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR); and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the CAR be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 15 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the CAR.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
