PROCLAMATION NO. 248 DECLARING CERTAIN DRUGS 43 HABIT-TFoORMING.

WHEREAS, section 339 of tte National Intermel Revenme provides in purt as follows:

WHEETAS, the Secretary Generel of the United Nations otified the Governnent of the Philipsines that the
