DECLARING SATURDAY, 15 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALABANGA, CAMARINES SUR

WHEREAS, Saturday, 15 July 2017, marks the celebration of the Foundation Day of the Municipality of Calabanga, Camarines Sur; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Calabanga, Camarines Sur, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 15 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Calabanga, Camarines Sur.
