J11f V (p 7Cj MALACANA:NG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 249 EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIP- PINE COUNCIL OF NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS AGAINST DRUG AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE (PHILCADSA) UP TO AUGUST 31, 1994 WHEREAS, the Philippine Council of Non-GovernmentOrganizations Against Drug and Substance Abuse (PHILCADSA)was authorized under Proclamation No. 26, dated August 26, 1992, to conduct a national fund campaign up to August 30,1993; WHEREAS, PHILCADSA needs additional time to raise morefunds for its laudable objectives; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Philippine Council of Non-Government Organizations Against Drug and Substance Abuse up to August 30, 1994.
