MPV ?j MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 250 DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER 12 AS "HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT WEEK" TO 18, 1993, WHEREAS, the Personnel Management Association of thePhilippines (PMAP) will hold its 29th National Conference on September 15 to 17, 1993, at Bacolod City; WHEREAS, this year's Conference theme is "FAST TRACKHRM: DYNAMIC CONCEPTS, INNOVATIVE APPROACHES" and will be attended by human resources management experts and practi-tioner from allover the country; WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention to the significance of the occasion and the resources management NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me bylaw, do hereby declare the period from September 12 to 18,1993, as "Human Resources Management Week" under the aus-pices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philip-pines.
