DECLARING FRIDAY 14 JULY , 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKI D THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL NO) DAVIN

_ WHEREAS, Friday, 14 July 2017, marks the Charter Day of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental: and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 14 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihuingan, Negros Oriental.
