EXTENDING THE NATIONAL HEROES COMMISSION FUND CAMPAIGN UP 'fO DECEMBER 31, 1964 WHEREAS, the N:1tional Heroes Commission was 8U­ thorized to conduct a fund-raising campaign in connection with its Mabini Centennial projects from May 1 to 31, 1964; and WHEREAS, the National Heroes Commission needs ad­ ditional time to prosecute the fund drive successfully; Now, THEREFORE, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the National H8roes Commission fund campaign up to December 31, 1964. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
