FURTHER EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN FERIOD OF THE FOUNDATION FOR THE REHABILITATION AND PREVENTION OF BLINDNESS IN THE FPHILIFPINES, INC., UP TO APRIL 30, 1989,

WHEREAS, the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc., is a non- profit organization established to serve as a national erganization to provide a central system of management responsible for giving direction, forging unity and effective coordination of present efforts aimed at preventing the incidence of blindness and rehabilitation of the blind;

WHEREAS, the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and revention of Blindness in the Fhilippines, Inc. was authorized under Froclamation No. 70 to conduct a fund campaign during the period from February 20, 1987 to February 20, 19885

WHEREAS, the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc., needs more time to raise more finds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, Fresident of the Fhilippines, by wirtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby extend the fund campaign period of the Foundation for the Rehabilitation and Prevention of Blindness in the Philippines, Inc., up to April 30, 1989.

IN WITNESS WHEREFORE, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 20thday of april in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty eight.
