f'J1P~ &q <I - MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 251 WHEREAS, the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., was autho- rized under Proclamation No. 33, dated September 1, 1992, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from September 5, 1992 to September 4, 1993; WHEREAS, to enable the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc. to carry out its fight against cancer, it is necessary that its fund campaign be extended for another year; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President ofthe Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., until September 3, 1994.
