PROCLAMATION NO. 251

L (NON-WORKING) DAY IN

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIA VINCE OF COMPOSTELA

THE MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PRO VALLEY

WHEREAS. the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley marks the

celebration of its 60" Founding Anniversary on 23 July 2017;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley, to celebrate the occasion, the Sangguniang Bayan of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley requested that Friday, 21 July 2017 be declared as a special non-working day, instead of 23 July 2017, which falls on a Sunday; and

the people of the Municipality of

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that ebrate and participate

Nabunturan, Compostela Valley be given full opportunity to cel in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Nabunturan,

Compostela Valley.
