WHEREAS, on Saturday, 22 July 2017, the City of General Santos marks the ceiebration of its Indigenous Peoples 3" Blaan Day; and

WHEREAS. it ts but fittrng and proper that the people of the City of General Santos, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies,
