MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 253 RESERVI:t'JG FOR MUNICIPAL DISTRICT GOVERN­ MENT S·ITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF LUMBATAN, PROVINCE OF LANAODEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I. Dios­ dado Macapggal, President of the Philippines, dO hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for. mU­ nicipal district government site purposes under the gd­ ministration of the Municipal District of Lumbatan, Lanao del Sur, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain situated in the Municipal Dis­ trict of Lumbatan, Province of Lanao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which parrels of land are more particUla:rly described as follows: "Lot 1 (Portion of Philippine Constabulary Reservation) rcA parcel of land (Lot 1, a portion of the Philippine Consta~ bulary Reservation, and shown on the attached sketch plan), si~ uated in the Municipal District of Lumbatan, Province of Lanao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the S., along line 1-2, by Lot 3, portion of Philippine Constabulary Reservation; along line 2-3, by Lot 3, portion of Philippine Constabulary Reservation; along line 3-4, by Lake Lanao; along line 4-5, by a river; and along lines 6-7 and 7-1, by Lot 3, a portion of Philippine Constabulary Reser­ vation. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, being N. 23° 45' W.; 652.00 meters from RL.L.M. 1, Mpl.
