PROCLAMATION NO.

DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 25, 1988, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF AKLAN,

WHEREAS, Monday, April 25, 1988, marks the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Province of Aklan; and

WHEREAS, the people of the Province of Akian should be af-

forded the opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremo- nies;

. NOW, THEREFORE, |, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the

Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby

declare Monday, April 25, 1988, as a special holiday in the Province of Aklan. :
