BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 253

DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TANJAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 25 July 2023, Tuesday, the City of Tanjay, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of the Sinulog sa Tanjay Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tanjay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tanjay.
