BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 254

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 19 July 2017, the City of Digos marks the celebration of the Padigosan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
