BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 254

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 26 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IPIL, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 26 July 2023, Wednesday, the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay will mark the celebration of its 74 Araw ng Ipil;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Ipil be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
