• MALACANANG Manila OCT D 19$~ BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 255 AUTHORIZING ANEW THE GIRL SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1993 TO AUGUST 31, 1994 WHEREAS, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines was authorized under Proclamation No. 34, series of 1992, to conduct a national fund campaign from September 1, 1992 to August 31, 1993; WHEREAS, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudableobjectives; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize anew the Girl Scouts of the Philippines to conduct a national fund campaign from September 1, 1993 to August 31, 1994.
