BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 255

RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT NORTH BAY BOULEVARD-SOUTH, NAVOTAS, METRO MANILA AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH R.A. 730 IN RELATION WITH THE PROVISIONS OF PUBLIC LAND ACT, COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 141, AS AMENDED

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare certain parcels of land situated in Barangay North Bay Boulevard, South, Navotas, Metro Manila, open for disposition to qualified occupants, in accordance with R.A. 730, in relation with the provisions of Public Land Act, C.A. 141, as amended, subject to actual survey and which parcels of land are delimited as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND in North Bay Boulevard South Proper specifically Lot Nos. 750, 754, 755 & 756, Mcadm. 582-D, Navotas Cadastral Mapping. Bounded on the NW by Lot 751; on the NE by North Bay Boulevard Road (former M. Naval Road); on the SE by Lot 714 and on the SW by the Radial Road 10, all of plan Mcadm. 582-D, Case 2, Navotas Cadastral Mapping.

Beginning at a point marked “1” of plan being S. 28-03’E., 141.34 m. from BBM No. 26, Mcadm. 582-D; thence:

S. 35-39 E., 34.97 m. to point 2; 8. 40-22 E., 7.34 m. to point 3; S. 36-45 E., 21.23 m. to point 4; S. 36-19 E., 259.77 m. to point 5; S. 49-13 W., 3.16 m. to point 6; S. 20-21 W., 57.69 m. to point 7; N. 40-30 W., 297.81 m. to point 8; N. 39-14 W., 20.77 m. to point 9; N. 40-29 W., 6.37 m. to point 10; N. 30-57 E., 80.56 m. to point of

beginning, containing an approximate area of Twenty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Four 0,154) square meters, more or less.

Such part or parts of the area herein declared open for disposition which are being

used or earmarked for public or quasi-public purposes shall be excluded from such disposition.

The DENR-NCR in coordination with the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) shall conduct or supervise the actual boundary and subdivision survey of the proclaimed area. In the conduct of the survey, the aforementioned office shall ensure that areas intended for open space, parks, playgrounds, barangay hall, school site, roads and alleys and for other public or quasi- public purposes is provided for the conveniences of the resident thereat.
