BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 255

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JULY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MABALACAT, PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, on Friday, 21 July 2017, the City of Mabalacat, Pampanga, marks the celebration of its Cityhood Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mabalacat, Pampanga, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Mabalacat, Pampanga.
