DECLARING, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2002, AS A SPECIAL NON- WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
WHEREAS. Tuesday. September 17, 2002, marks the Golden Anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur:
WHEREAS. it is fitting that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate their province’s Golden Anniversary with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO. President of the Philippines. by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I. Chapter 7. Section 27. of the Administrative Code of 1987. do hereby declare Tuesday. September 17. 2002. as a special non-working holiday in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
