BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 258

DECLARING FRIDAY, 08 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS

WHEREAS, Friday, 08 September 2017, marks the 17" Foundation Day of the City of Digos; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Digos, be

given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 08 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
