BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 259

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 JUNE 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2023, Wednesday, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 54° Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 June 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
