GIVING PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE APPROVAL BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF THE ACT OF THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES, HOUSE BILL NO. 176, NOW KNOWN AS COM- MONWEALTH ACT NO. 724.

: In accordance with the provisions of Section 3 of the Act of the Cengress of the Philippines, entitled

-. HAN ACT AMENDING SECTIONS ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY-TWO AND ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FOUR

OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED," I, SERGIO OSMENA,

president of the Philippines, do hereby give public notice

of the approval of said Act by the president of the United States on November fourteenth, Nineteen hundred and forty-

five, as provided in subsection (9), Section 1, of the Ordinance Appended to the Constitution of the rhilippines.

The Act of the Congress of the Philippines above mentioned becomes Commonwealth Act Numbered Seven hundred

• twenty-four,

IN WITNESS WHERECF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the rhilippines to be affixed.
