It J:: 11/ f MALACANANG Manila PMS LIBRA~'V BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 26 EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE COUNCIL OF NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS AGAINST DRUG AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE (PHILCADSA) UP TO AUGUST 30, 1993 WHEREAS, the Philippine Council of Non-Government Organi- zations Against Drug and Substance Abuse (PHILCADSA) was authorized under Proclamation No. 788, dated August 30, 1991, to conduct a national fund campaign up to August 30, 1992; WHEREAS, PHILCADSA needs additional time to raise morefunds for its laudable objectives; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Philip- pine Council of Non-Government Organizations Against Drug and Substance Abuse up to August 30, 1993. For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts re- ceived by the Philippine Council of Non-Government Organiza- tions Against Drug and Substance Abnse (PHILCADSA) for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be entitled to all the tax exemption and deductibility benefits provided in the appropriate provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations. hand and to be IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippinesaffixed.
