BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 26

DECLARING THURSDAY, 18 AUGUST 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 18 August 2022, Thursday, the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of its 75"" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 18 August 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato.
