• MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION No.60 AUTHORIZING THE HEART FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CON- DUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR ANOTHER YEAR, FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 1993 TO AUGUST 31, 1994 WHEREAS, the Heart Foundation of the Philippines was authorized under Proclamation No. 22, dated August 24, 1992 to conduct a national fund campaign from September 1, 1992 to August 31, 1993; WHEREAS, the humanitarian campaign of the Heart Founda- tion of the Philippines merits continued support to enable the Foundation to service a greater number of the poor and under privileged who are suffering from heart disease and related ailments; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me bylaw, do hereby authorize the Heart Foundation of the Philip-pines to conduct a. national fund campaign for another year, from September 1, 1993 to August 31, 1994.
