Proclamation No. 261, s. 2011 - Signed on September 30, 2011: Amending Proclamation No. 572 (s. 2004) which excluded a certain parcel of land from the operation of Proclamation No. 460 (s. 1932) and reserved the same as permanent site of the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) Mindanao Satellite Laboratory under the administration of the Department of Health (DOH), by granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines - Department of Health (Food and Drug Administration), situated in Barangay Apokon, Tagum City, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao.
