WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 26 July 2017, the Municipality of ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay marks the celebration of its 68" Araw ng Ipil; and

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 26 July 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of !pil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
