RAMOS, President of the Philip-pines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and re- serve for school site purposes of the Lamanan High School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports subject to private rights, if any therebe, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Lamanan, District of Calinan, Davao City, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 2, Sgs-11-001072-D being a por- tion of Lot 3638, Cad. 281 situated in Barangay of Lamanan, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on Northeast along line 5-1 by Lot 5, Sgs-11-000738-D; along line 1-2 by Lot 1, Sgs-11-001072-D; on the Southeast along line 2-3 by Barangay Road; on the Southwest along line 3-4 and on the Northwest along line 4-5 both by portion of Lot 3638,Cad. 281. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 03 deg. 33'E., 2614.43 m., from BLLM No. 121, Cad. 281, Guianga Cadastre. thence S. 30 deg. 43'E., thence S. 35 deg. 14'W., thence N. 56 deg. 59'W., thence N. 19 deg. 10'E., thence S. 83 deg. 23'E., 194.25 m. to point 2; 30.00 m. to point 3;225.34 m. to point 4; 82.57 m. to point 5; 80.48 m. to point of beginning; containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN (18,967) square meters.
