DECLARING TUESDAY, 01 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING)

DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF COMPQSTELA, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY

tn ,, WHEREAS, Tuesday, 01 August 2017, marks the 69" Foundation Day and 11" Buganihan Festival of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 01 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality - of Compostela, Province of Compostela Valley.
