PROCLAMATION NO. 268

DECLARING MONDAY, 10 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 10 July 2023, Monday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 19" Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 10 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.
