MALACAIiIAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 269 DECLARING MONDAY, 14 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON. WORKING} DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY WHEREAS, sunday, 13 November 2011, the Municipality of pantukan, compostela Valley marks the celebration of the "Araw ng pantukan', in observance of its Foundatioh Day anniversary; WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of pantukan, compostela Valley parlicipate in the occasion, the sangguniang Bayanrequested that Monday, 14 November 2011, be declared ii specr-al (non- working) day instead of 13 Novemb er 2011 , which falls on a sunday; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality ofPantukan, compostela valley, be given fuil opportunity to celebrate andparticipate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
