GIVING rUBLIC NOTICE OF THE APPROVAL BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF THE ACT OF THE CONGRESS OF THE PHILIPPINES, HOUSE BILL NO. 608, NOW KNOWN AS COM- MONWEALTH ACT NO. 699.

' In accordance with the provisions ef section thirteen of the Act of the Congress of the rhilippines, entitled HAN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE COMMON- WEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES IN THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY

DEVELOPMENT AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR," I, SERGIO OSMENA, President of the Philippines, do hereby give public notice of the approval by the President of the United States on November twentieth, Nineteen hundred and forty-five, of said Act as provided in subsection (9), Section 1, of the Ordinance Appended to the Constitution of the Philippines,

. The Act of the Congress of the Pvhilippines above mentioned becomes Commonwealth Act Numbered Six hundred ninety-nine. ww
