;fjf-:.(/ gg MAlACANANG Manila 'MS LIBRARY BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE, PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 27 DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 1992 THE CITY OF IRIGA AS A SPECIAL DAY IN WHEREAS, Thursday, September 3, 1992, marks the 24th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Iriga; WHEREAS, the people of the City of Iriga should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with fit- ting ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, September 3, 1992, as a special day in the City of Iriga.
