BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 27

_ DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONTOC, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province was founded on September 16, 1908; -

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 16, 2010 marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province;

WHEREAS, in order to give the constituents of the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare September 16, 2010 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, September 16, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bontoc, Mountain Province.
