BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 27

DECLARING THURSDAY, 8 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON. WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIGOS

WHEREAS, Thursday, 8 September 2016, marks the 16" Charter Day of the City of Digos;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people. of the City of Digos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 8 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Digos.

IN WITNESS WHEREOEF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
