PROCLAMATION NO. 270

DECLARING FRIDAY, 28 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABADBARAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 28 July 2023, Friday, the City of Cabadbaran, Province of Agusan del Norte will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabadbaran be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 28 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabadbaran.
