BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 271

DECLARING TUESDAY, 01 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS. Tuesday, 01 August 2017, marks the celebration of the 69” Foundation Day of the Municipality of Kapalong, Davao del Norte; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kapaiong, Davao del Norte, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 01 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kapalong. Davao de! Norte.
