BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 272

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 16 August 2017, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its 2017 Pavvurulun “Afi” Festival. and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
