DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAVAO

WHEREAS on Friday. 18 August 2017, the City of Davao marks the highlight of the celebration of the Kadayawan Festival, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Davao, be given full opportunity to cetebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 August 2017. as a special (non-working) day in the City of Davao.
