BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 274

RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF DAUIS AND PANGLAO, ISLAND OF PANGLAO, PROVINCE OF BOHOL FOR TOURISM ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES AND SHALL BE KNOWN AS PANGLAO ISLAND TOURISM ESTATE (PITE)

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested upon me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL- ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve certain parcels of land of the public domain within the Municipalities of Dauis and Panglao, Island of Panglao, Province of Bohol and reserving the same for Tourism Estate Development Purposes, and shall be known as Panglao Island Tourism Estate (PITE) under the administration and control of the Department of Tourism, subject to actual ground survey and valid private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (SK-07-000022, consisting of ten (10) plans), situated in Barangays of Tawala, Liba-ong and Bolod. all of Municipality of Panglao; and in Barangays of Tinago, San Isidro (formerly Canlongon), Dao and Biking, all of Municipality of Dauis, Island of Panglao, Province of Bohol.
