DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 2 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 2 November 2017, the Province of Misamis Occidental marks the commemoration of its Foundation Day anniversary:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of

Misamis Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 2 November 2011, asa special (non-working) day in the Province of Misamis Occidental.
