PROCLAMATION NO. 274

DECLARING FRIDAY, 14 JULY 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 14 July 2023, Friday, the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 14 July 2023, a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental.
