DECLARING THURSDAY, 17 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AROROY, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on Thursday, 17 November 2011. the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate marks the commemoration of its Foundation Day anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare

Thursday, 17 November 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aroroy, Province of Masbate.
