MALACANANG Manila fi1FN 1:!J7 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 277 DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19, THE CITY OF BACOLOD 1993, AS A SPEGIAL DAY IN WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 19, 1993, marks the 55th Charter Anniversary of the City of Baco1od; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the City of Bacolod be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by BookI, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 19, 1993, as a special day in the City of Bacolod.
