BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.277

DECLARING FRIDAY, 04 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PASCUAL, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Friday, 04 August 2017, marks the 48" Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 04 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Pascual, Batangas.
